Christmas Eve snow day, we drove 15 minutes from our home to see the snow and quickly left just how I like it! 🤣 These babies are true desert babies, while they loved playing they were clueless how to build a solid snowman! 🤣 We came home to hot cocoa and Laeken says “ahh this is the life!” YES baby girl it truly is!🥰Love making memories with my little family! Merry Christmas everyone! May your holiday season be filled with love, health and happiness! 🥰❤️🎄

She DID IT! Both her coach and her parents believe in her BUT she has to believe in herself! I have played many sports growing up, but Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is by far the toughest sport I’ve witnessed. It’s more than physical, 90% mental. Strategic on being two steps ahead of your competitor, can you last longer, push further, gain control. Training only goes so far, can you put it to the test?
This girl persevered. 3 months in and nailed her first test. She is my tough girl, BLUE BELT BABY!

When neighbors become family! I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood for my kids to grow up in! In the short time we have known each other we have grown so close, & our kids look forward to each gathering!

Halloween 2021 was filled with spooky laughter and the best friends a girl could ask for! These are the days I hope my kids remember forever! 🤗🖤🎃👻🕸
For couples so eager to call it quits after the infatuation wears off, to throw in the towel on your relationship because everything isn't ‘perfect'...here is some food for thought. Lifelong commitment is not what most people think it is. It's not waking up every morning to make breakfast and eat together. It's not cuddling in bed until both of you fall asleep. It's not a clean home, filled with laughter and love making every day.
It's someone who steals all the covers, and snores, it's slammed doors and some harsh words at times.
It's stubbornly disagreeing and giving each other the silent treatment until your hearts heal, and then offering forgiveness and being forgiven.
It's coming home to the same person every day that you know loves and cares about you in spite of, and because of, who you are.
It's laughing about the one time (many times) you accidentally did something stupid. It's about dirty laundry and unmade beds. It's about helping each other with the hard work of life.
It's about swallowing the nagging words instead of saying them out loud. It's about eating the easiest meal you can make and sitting down together at a late hour because you both had a crazy day.
It's when you have an emotional breakdown and your love lays down with you and holds you, and tells you everything is going to be okay. And you believe them.
It's about still loving someone even though sometimes they make you absolutely insane.
Loving someone isn't always easy, sometimes it's hard. But it is amazing and comforting and one of the best things you will ever experience.
Today marks 10 years of marriage. TEN years of compromise, commitment and loving each other through all the hard times to get to all those sweet ones. I love you today, tomorrow and for all the years to come! 10.12.11 💕

I can’t seem to get rid of this.
It represents so much to me. The beginning to our future as a family & having my husband home. The feeling of relief that he made it home to help raise our daughter, safe and sound.
A hero who not only fought for our country, but saved me when I didn’t know I needed rescued. A man who put his fears aside to do what’s right for US.
Then the other side from our daughters eyes. A girl who longed to touch her fathers face again. A girl who heard his voice and saw his face through a screen, also heard the sounds of war in the background and the Islamic call to prayer.
He made it home, but some didn’t. More are going and there are tons of families having all of the same emotions. I pray for you, the men women and innocent children who are braver and stronger than you could ever imagine.
Pray, it’s all we can do. Have faith in the Lord above that he brings peace to our world and our heroes home to their families. ❤️🇺🇸💙

First day of school! Im not sure how, but I have a fourth grader and a kindergartener!
May your year be filled with the joy of learning and growing into the best version of you! I hope your challenges are big and your goals even bigger!
