this one’s personal. i opened desert beauty lab while going through a double mastectomy — building something from nothing while my body was healing from everything. there were days i didn’t know if i had it in me. but showing up for this salon, for this team, for this community — it gave me a reason to keep going.

grateful doesn’t even cover it. grateful for the people who stood by me, the ones who believed in dbl before it was anything, and the ones still here now.
