HAIR BY BERE POLICIES

*BOOKING
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve appointment. please make appointments in advance to ensure stylist availabiliity,
as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule.

*LATE POLICIES
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call or text
ahead to let us know. If your arrive beyond 15 minutes late we
may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your
service.

*CONFIRMATION TEXT
For your convenience, Hair by Bere provides a courtesy
confirmation text 48 hrs prior to your appointment. However, if
you do not confirm and we are
unable to reach you to confirm, your
appointment will be cancelled.

*CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Appointments are reserve specially for you. We understand that
sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we
respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or
changes. If you cancel your appointment less
than 24 hours in advance or no show you will lose your $50
deposit and hair by Bere will require another deposit for future
appointments.

*SERVICE POLICY
We take pride in our work. Above all else hair by Bere wants you to
love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any
reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service allow hair
by Bere to make proper adjustments. After 24 hours a complimentary
adjustment will not be considered, and additional
service/product fees may result. We DO NOT provide refunds on
services or products.
