I’m always willing to lead with grace because I know life happens.
But after multiple last-minute cancellations in one week, I need to be clear: when you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you, and a late cancellation is time and income I often cannot recover.
Moving forward, my cancellation policy will be consistently enforced as written.
