• I refuse to judge the stylist who did this work. We ALL make mistakes and I just hope she’s given the opportunity to learn from hers.

• I refuse to judge my client for seeing someone else! Life was happening for both of us and our schedules just couldn’t align for some time.

• I refuse to judge the establishment that didn’t make this right for her because their poor customer service is exactly what led her back to my chair.

I don’t need to talk poorly about what she came in with. It’s my job to hear what happened, validate how she feels about it, come up with a plan to fix it, and then execute the plan.

My work and experience speaks for itself!

When it comes to blending gray there are lots of options and those options often have to shift as we see more gray but aren’t ready to fully embrace it.

My goal when I approach gray blending is to make it as easy as possible for you to let it go when you’re ready.

It’s my job to ask questions about your hair goals and make recommendations based, not only on where your hair is today, but where we’re headed in the future.

You may never decide to fully stop coloring your hair. But if you do, it’s my job to make that transition as easy as possible.

Due to my recent time off of work for surgery, Michele hasn’t been in my chair for quite a while. She was maintaining her color at home by just touching up her roots.

As you can see, she had some excess fading throughout her ends, warm roots, and some banding that you can’t see.

I was able to shift her color formula to give better gray coverage. I also put some depth back into her ends to cancel warmth, fix the banding, and better complement her complexion.
