HALLOWEEN DEALS NOW - OCT 31st

One of the hardest parts about owning and operating a salon with independent booths and suites is being expected to take accountability for situations involving businesses that I do not personally operate.

Let me make something clear. Just because someone operates inside my establishment does not mean we are all the same business. Each independent contractor is responsible for their own services, clients, payments, and disputes.

If you follow ME, look at MY work, and want the quality of services that I provide, then BOOK WITH ME. My social media represents MY work, not the work of every individual renting space inside my establishment.

When you choose to support another beauty professional, you are choosing to do business with that individual. If you paid them, your service dispute is with them. I cannot automatically issue refunds, redo services, or take financial responsibility for work I did not perform or receive payment for.

And respectfully, I cannot be expected to work for free to correct someone else’s mistakes. My time, products, skills, and business have value too.

I provide professionals with a space to operate their businesses. That does not make me personally responsible for every service performed under my roof.

I will always do my best to maintain a professional environment and help direct concerns to the appropriate person, but there has to be a clear understanding of where my responsibility begins and ends.

Being the owner of the establishment does not mean I am the owner of every business operating inside it.

Respectfully,
Vanitee Nails & Spa 💜

💜 BOOKING REMINDER — PLEASE READ

To keep scheduling organized and fair for everyone, all guaranteed appointments must be secured through our online booking link.

Our booking system displays our current availability in real time. If a date or time is available, you are welcome to book it directly through the link. Messaging, calling, or asking about a time does not reserve or hold that appointment.

If you are unable to book until payday, please return to the booking link once you are ready to complete the required payment. Unfortunately, we cannot hold appointments without payment, as another client may book that time in the meantime.

Prefer not to prepay or pay a deposit? Walk-ins are always an option during business hours. However, walk-in services are based strictly on same-day availability and are not guaranteed. You may also experience a wait.

The best way to guarantee the date, time, and service you want is to BOOK ONLINE. 💜

Thank you for respecting our booking process and helping us keep scheduling smooth and fair for everyone.
