Some of the things in my studio probably look random until you realize how much of what I do is built around thinning hair.
The shade matching, the density checks, the way I look at what your natural hair can actually support, even the little details in how I set things up...it all has a purpose.
I don’t want you walking in feeling like you have to fit into one method or one type of solution.
I want to look at your hair, your concerns, and what will make the most sense for you.
That’s really what I mean when I say everything here is customized.

Kinda chic to build a business around the kind of work that actually means something to me.
What started as “doing hair” has turned into so much more than that.
It’s learning how to work with thinning hair differently.
It’s knowing when to say no.
It’s caring way too much about the exact shade, density, and blend.
It’s continuing to study because every woman’s hair story is different.
And lately, it’s also meant quietly working on something I’ve wanted for my clients for a long time. 👀
I think the part I love most is that CBB keeps evolving right along with me.
Still beauty. Still hair. Just with a whole lot more intention behind it now. 🤍
A topper is not a wig, and I think that misconception keeps a lot of women from even considering one.
A custom topper is meant to add targeted coverage where you need it most, usually through the crown or part, while your natural hair is still very much part of the finished look.
The goal is not to cover everything.
The goal is to blend with what you already have.
That means I’m looking at your color, texture, density, placement, and how the piece needs to move with your own hair so it actually feels like *you*.
If you’ve been noticing more scalp through your part or less coverage through the crown, this is one of the options I may look at depending on what your hair can comfortably support. 🤍
Toppers have a PR problem, and I get why.
A lot of women hear **“hair topper”** and immediately picture something bulky, obvious, or completely separate from their own hair.
But a custom topper should be built around **you**.
I look at your natural color, texture, density, part, and the exact area where you want more coverage. Then the piece is customized and blended so it works *with* the hair you already have.
A topper also isn’t automatically the same thing as a wig.
A topper is designed to add targeted coverage, often through the crown or part, while your natural hair remains part of the finished look.
And not everyone who is experiencing thinning needs the same solution. Sometimes extensions make sense. Sometimes targeted coverage makes more sense. Sometimes the right first step is getting more information before doing anything at all.
That’s exactly why I start with **The Discovery** instead of asking you to figure out what method you need on your own.
If you’ve been quietly researching toppers because your crown or part doesn’t feel like it used to, you’re exactly who I made this content for. 🤍

If you're researching a hair topper for crown thinning, here's what I want you to know before you choose one.
A closure and a topper are the same hairpiece. What really matters is how it's customized, how much coverage you need, and which foundation is appropriate for you.
For some women, that means a beaded-only foundation. For others, a mesh integration adds structural support, including when there is very little natural hair to work with.
During The Discovery, I review your hair and scalp, visible density, history, and coverage needs, whether you have plenty of natural hair or barely any at all, and I build your restoration plan around you, not a predetermined method.
Save this if you're researching custom hair toppers, crown thinning, Mesh Integration, or Meshless Integration. Begin Your Discovery through the link in my bio 🤍
A curly hair topper only disappears when the texture matches, not just the color. This topper was matched to her curl pattern, her density, and the way her hair moves
🤍 Real coverage that still looks like her, because it is.

Late summer is usually when the fall calendar starts filling up.
Weddings, family photos, work changes, events, and all the little things that make you want to feel good in your hair again 🤍
Restoration is not something I like to rush right before an important date. Applying now gives me time to start with The Discovery, look at what your hair needs, and build a plan around what you have coming up.
So instead of waiting until fall is already here, I can plan ahead with you and make sure your restoration fits your timeline, your hair, and the way you want to feel for those moments.

Move-up day is the most important hair extension appointment you’re skipping. Your hair grows, the install travels, and a move-up brings everything back where it belongs. It’s also when I check how your natural hair is really doing underneath 🤍 Questions? Ask below 🎀
It is the question I hear most, and it deserves an honest answer.
The risk is never extensions themselves. It is the wrong method on the wrong hair.
That is why I never choose a method before understanding your hair. Before I recommend anything, I look at your current density, your hair history, the changes you have been noticing, and what your hair can comfortably support. Every install is chosen around your natural hair’s support capacity and designed to minimize unnecessary tension.
And that is exactly why every restoration begins with The Discovery. A private in-studio consultation where I complete a full assessment, identify what may be contributing, and send your personalized Restoration Roadmap straight to your phone before you leave.
You will know what I recommend, why I recommend it, and what the next steps could look like for your hair.
The Discovery is by application only.

Your hair was never the problem 🤍
A lot of women think extensions just are not for them because the hair felt too heavy, looked obvious, did not blend, or made them feel like they had to style it one specific way every day.
But that does not always mean your hair cannot handle extensions.
It can mean the amount was wrong, the placement did not make sense for your density, or the finished result was built around the method instead of around you.
During The Discovery, I look at how you wear your hair, where you want fullness, what has bothered you about past installs, and what your hair can comfortably support.
Because extensions should not feel like something sitting on top of you. They should look like your hair on a really good day 🎀
