Help Garrard County Conservation District find the largest living tree in Garrard County or possibly the state! The District is once again sponsoring their annual Largest Living Tree in Garrard County. Last year a Silver Maple measuring 245" circumference around trunk was discovered and has been declared to be the largest in Kentucky. The entry form may be submitted either by email to [email protected] or in person to 166 Precision Court, Lancaster, KY. All entries are due by 10/16/2026. Prizes will be awarded for largest tree found in Garrard County. Happy Hunting!

🎃🍬 TRUNK-OR-TREAT — CHAMBER MEMBERS and NON CHAMBER BUSINESSES INVITED! 🍬🎃

Garrard County High School, a member of the Garrard Chamber of Commerce, is inviting Garrard County Chamber of Commerce members and all other businesses to join in their upcoming Trunk-or-Treat!

📅 Thursday, October 29
⏰ 5:30–7:30 PM
📍 Garrard County High School – Front Parking Lot
🌧️ The event will move indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Businesses are invited to decorate a trunk, bring some candy, and join the fun! 🚗🍭🎃 This is a great opportunity to connect with local families and support our students and community.

The evening will also include face painting, a cupcake walk, temporary tattoos, pumpkin painting, and a chili supper fundraiser!

The event is sponsored by the Garrard County High School Student Council, with clubs, teams, and other student groups joining in.

❤️ We would love to see our Chamber members represented!
