As you may have heard, my father-in-law was found unresponsive in his GA home on Saturday. My husband and I naturally dropped everything and headed north. When we arrived, doctors informed us of his chronic illness and seeing him nearly unrecognizable was tragic. We will now have to travel back and forth and come out of pocket for our travels and stay accommodations for his care, and to soak up as much time with him as we can.
