Are you wondering what a VI Peel ACTUALLY feels like? 👀🐍
Let me walk you through the entire experience, from the treatment room to peeling at home!
✨ DURING YOUR PEEL:
The first layer might give you a little tingling or stinging sensation, but here’s the good news: VI Peel contains ingredients that help numb your skin! By the second layer, most clients are feeling pretty comfortable.
✨ WHEN YOU GET HOME:
You might feel a little warmth, similar to a mild sunburn. You’ll actually leave the spa with the peel solution still on your skin, and we’ll send you home with instructions for applying the remaining products.
You’ll also receive an ENTIRE take-home kit with the skincare products you’ll need throughout your peeling process. No guessing what to use!
✨ DAYS 1–2:
Usually, no visible peeling yet! 🙌 You can go about most of your normal activities, and makeup may be worn according to your aftercare instructions.
✨ DAYS 3–4:
🐍 HELLO, SNAKE SKIN!
This is typically when the majority of peeling happens. We’re talking actual sheets of skin lifting and shedding!
The KEY is to never pull or pick at peeling skin. You can carefully trim loose, hanging pieces with clean, small scissors without tugging at attached skin.
Keep your skin clean, moisturized with your approved aftercare products, and protected with SPF. Tinted sunscreen can help minimize the appearance of peeling!
✨ DAYS 5–7:
Most of the visible peeling starts wrapping up, revealing smoother, brighter-looking skin underneath! Some clients may continue peeling a little longer.
AND THE BEST PART? 💌
We don’t just send you home and wish you luck. You leave with detailed aftercare instructions, your skincare kit, AND access to us!
