Don’t skip this important step. That’s what gives hair its flow. It’s what gives hair character.

Stop going to bed with your hair wet‼️

For my ladies with thick long hair who go to bed with their hair wet please stop✋

That is not a healthy environment for your scalp. That moisture sits on your hair, scalp and pillow all night. You won’t believe me if I told you this but I will say it anyway. Bacteria that thrives on moisture can grow and it will cause, itchiness of the scalp, dandruff, flakiness and even red bumps on the scalp. Plus the scalp can develop a weird smell.

So don’t do it. If you don’t have time to blow dry your hair at night, wash it in the morning. Simple as that.
