I used to get a little sad on rainy days. Living in FL all my life, I crave the sunshine.

Then one day it hit me. 🌷
My beautiful flowers need rain and God uses the rain to nourish and cleanse the earth and give new life!

And maybe I need the rain too.

Sometimes, it's the only time I slow down and rest.
So now, these days look a little different.

I make a cup of hot tea, put on a skin care mask, curl up with a book, spend a little more time loving on the pups.

I'm slowly learning not everyday has to be as productive as my hair on fire. 🔥

A little peek inside my ADHD brain… 😂☕🐶

Started with coffee and snuggles. Set up and had a fabulous Spa Party!
Moved on to mowing the grass. Got distracted by the fig tree that needed trimming. Now it’s raining, the grass isn’t mowed, and I’m thinking about 47 other things I forgot to do. 🤦‍♀️🤣

Anyways, what was I doing again? Oh, yeah, getting ready for Birthday Supper with the kiddos! 🎂

This would be so much cooler if Morgan Freeman was narrating my life! 😂

"Slow mornings" still start at 6am because.....dogs 🐕🐶

But it's an opportunity not a chore. An opportunity to give joy where none was had. ❤️

May we always see the need and share freely! 🙏
