There’s a difference between a boundary and a wall. 🌿
A boundary says: “I want connection, AND I need to feel safe within it.”
A wall says: “If I don’t let anyone close enough, they can’t hurt me.”
Sometimes walls develop because they once served an important protective purpose. But healing can involve learning that protection doesn’t always have to mean disconnection.
Healthy boundaries allow us to choose what we participate in, communicate what we need, protect our emotional capacity, and still leave room for closeness.
The goal isn’t unlimited access or complete isolation. It’s safe, intentional connection. 💜

Last night's very first Sisterhood Gathering was everything I hoped it would be and more. 💜🌿

Thank you to every incredible woman who joined us for Macramé, Mingle & Meditation. We laughed, created something beautiful, shared conversation, found moments of quiet, and ended the evening with a guided meditation that reminded us to breathe, rest, and reconnect with ourselves.

As I reflected on the evening, I realized something so simple yet so powerful: this is exactly what I dreamed the Sisterhood would be, a place where women are welcomed without judgment, encouraged, supported, and reminded they don't have to carry life's burdens alone.

There has never been a greater need for genuine connection, kindness, and community. That's what this Sisterhood is about. It's a circle of women cheering one another on, finding peace together, and leaving a little lighter than when they arrived.

Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your hearts, and for helping begin something that I believe will bless many women in the months and years ahead.

The Forest has always been a symbol of peace, healing, and hope. My prayer is that every woman who walks through the doors of Headspace Healing feels safe, seen, valued, and deeply loved.
