Your environment is quietly shaping the person you are becoming.

Spend enough time around people who complain, and excuses begin to sound normal.

Stay around people without discipline, and comfort starts feeling like success.

But surround yourself with people who think deeper, work harder, live with purpose, and demand more from themselves, and something inside you begins to rise.

Not because they carry you.

Because they challenge you.

They expose the standards you have been settling for.
They show you what is possible.
They force you to confront the distance between who you are and who you could become.

A wise person does not need to be the smartest person in every room.

He chooses rooms where he can learn.

Leave your ego outside.
Listen.
Observe.
Ask questions.
Accept correction.

Never be ashamed of being the smallest eagle in the nest.

Stay long enough, learn enough, grow enough…

and one day, you will discover your own wings.
