My approach to massage is quite different than most therapists. I use a wide variety of techniques based on your individual needs. I do not have a ‘cookie cutter’ approach or a ‘one size fits all’ to each client. I am confident that I can relieve or eliminate your pain and tension ~ whether you’ve been recently injured, experience occasional soreness and tension or suffer from chronic pain. Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and ordinary people who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable circumstances.

The seasons are changing, and so are my sheet sets. 🍂
Several times a year, I replace my entire sheet inventory to keep the treatment room fresh, clean, and comfortable. Of course, every client gets freshly laundered sheets for every session - but periodically, the whole set gets retired and replaced.
It’s one of those behind-the-scenes things you may never think about, but hygiene and client comfort matter.
Fresh sheets. Clean environment. Focused treatment.
