Here is the schedule for the month. Ashley is taking a well deserved vacation so it’s a little different again. Come and join us on the mat!

Our schedule for September is changing a bit to give our teachers some rest! Please join us on our class days to celebrate National Yoga month, our fabulous teachers, and our Yogi community. See you on the mat! 🙏🧘‍♀️

Some weeks call for deep breaths, good stretches, and a solid “I’m doing my best.” 😂🧘‍♀️

Reminder of our special Relax and Restore Pajama Yoga class Wednesday at 6pm! Bring a blanket and a bolster if you have one. See you on the mat 🙏

Welcome, August!

We will have another Restorative Yoga class on Wednesday Aug 19th at 6. Wear your comfy pjs and bring a blanket!

There is no class Saturday August 22nd.

The AC is not working in our room and is unlikely to be fixed Monday in time for the 90 degrees temp predicted.

We will go ahead and cancel 6:30pm class for Monday May 18th.

We are planning to have both classes Wednesday the 20th, as it should be 70 that day.

Also, reminder no class Saturday May 23rd or Monday May 25th for Memorial weekend.
