Just a few reminders -

MJR is completely closing by Oct & if you have giftcards they need to be used up before then!

After we are closed, Kaylee & Addie will be starting their own business in the same location but please understand this is not mir so they will not be honoring unused giftcards. They will also have their own treatment menu and different policies/rules. Please go support them!!

I do still have the same building and since we will not be utilizing all the treatment rooms anymore so I will have two treatment rooms for rent! Would love to have someone who does lashes, nails, spray tans, microblading, tattoos or something none of the other girls offer! Both rooms have sinks and are $400- $550 a month. Reach out to me if interested!!

Andrea and Katelyn are still renting rooms and operating their own business inside this building as well! This is a great location and place to have a business because we all share clients and get to support eachother!!

After many tears, and conversations with my closest people, I have made one of the hardest decisions of my life.

MJR Skincare will be closing its doors on Oct 3rd.

This wasn’t a decision I made lightly. Over the past 7 years, this business has been my heart and my first baby. It kept me going in some of the hardest and darkest times in my life. My clients and employees have been my biggest motivation. MJR has allowed me to meet the most incredible people, celebrate milestones, and most importantly help clients feel confident in their own skin.

One of the hardest realities of owning a small business is that passion alone isn’t enough to keep the doors open. Small businesses face rising costs, increasing overhead, unpredictable client demand, and unfair taxes, making it incredibly difficult to survive. Some weeks are full, while others are painfully slow, yet the bills continue to come. Without consistent community support, many small businesses simply can’t continue, and unfortunately, we’ve reached that point.

As difficult as it is to say goodbye, I hope this serves as a reminder to a support small businesses whenever you can. Especially before choosing big corporations, influencers, or celebrities. Every appointment booked, product purchased, review shared, and recommendation made truly matters. Behind every small business are real people who think about it late at night, carry its weight home to their families, and rely on it to pay their bills. Those seemingly small acts of support can make all the difference in helping a local business continue serving its community. Those who have supported me over the years, I cannot thank you enough.

We will continue serving clients through Oct 3rd and we would love the opportunity to see you one last time. In the coming weeks, we’ll share updates regarding appointments, products, memberships, gift cards, and remaining inventory. Stay tuned for Addie & Kaylee’s next adventure.

While this chapter is coming to an end, I believe it just the beginning of a new one. It’s time for me to step into motherhood and raise my next baby.
