🤍 For our previous angels,Gabriel, and every precious baby gone before their loved ones even got the chance to really know them … these lights are for you. 🤍✨Experiencing our losses to delivering Gabriel and not being able to take him home is something no parent should ever have to go through. That’s why I created to raise awareness of miscarriage and infancy loss through taking time to take care of yourself even when life doesn’t seem to let up. Self care, and self love matter because you’re meant for more! Yet, we live day to day still with the conversations not being spoken about enough. We live in a world where 1 in every 4 women experience a loss. 1 in every 10 experience recurring pregnancy loss. Think about how many people that leaves to suffer in silence.
Join Vassar Brothers Medical center & our Maternal Health Department On October 15th 2026 at 6pm at the@mid_hudsondiscoverymuseum waterfront pavilion for the annual Wave of Light! Come together with us to remember and honor the babies who have gone to Heaven far too soon.
The loss of any loved one is truly a scary place to be, but when it comes to a child you never met… or only held for a moment, it hits differnt. You’re not alone… so join us you may find a new friend or 2! Let’s celebrate our little ones, as well as ourselves for pushing through even on the hard days!

2025 was really the year I spread my wings in a different form! Shifting from being a Bereavement Doula to a Full Spectrum Doula has been everything I imagined and then some… From providing support in so many forms. Holding hands, laughing, crying all while providing support, and love! Working alongside some amazing nurses, and physicians who share the same Vision makes it that much more rewarding. Knowing that I wouldn’t be in this sacred space if it weren’t for many of my own experiences. My sweet Angels walk alongside me in each step I take in this Beautiful yet crazy ride of being a Doula! Because of them I AM! When I was experiencing all of my losses I myself indeed was lost. Crazy enough to see now the light after my losses. My path was not meant to break me… my path was meant to shake up my normal, so that I can stand in the gap for so many out there like myself. To be able to hold space, where life begins, and love never ends… supporting families through both joy and grief as they navigate their journey to finding their light again. The growth… unexplainable…This was all while running a business, and spreading awareness through wellness. ( To watch my babies sit in their brothers store was everything I didn’t know I needed🥹❤️) Creating spaces for education, healing, and empowerment!! For 2026 I vow to keep showing up, keep educating myself as well so I can be an even better advocate than I was in 2025… Thank you to each and everyone who has allowed me to take part in such sacred experiences, and trusting me with your all. On this special evening, we come together as a community to honor the lives of babies gone too soon. As part of the global Wave of Light, we will light candles at 7PM, joining hearts around the world in remembrance, support, and hope.
Whether you’re lighting a candle for your own child or standing beside someone who carries this grief, your presence matters. Together, we create a space where love shines brighter than sorrow and memories are never forgotten.
Lanterns will be provided, bring a friend, and bring your heart. 💛
Let’s fill the riverfront with light, love, and healing.
Please dress warm for the weather! Coffee, tea and hot coco will be provided. Register at the link our bio!

💔 To the Dads Who Grieve in Silence 💔
You may not talk about it much. You may feel the pressure to “stay strong,” to hold it all together — for your partner, for your family, for yourself.
But we see you.
We see the way your heart aches in quiet moments. The love you carry for the child you didn’t get to raise. The dreams that will never be fulfilled, the weight you carry when the world doesn’t always recognize your pain.
You are a father. That doesn’t change because your child isn’t here.
Grief has no rulebook. It doesn’t have to look loud to be real. Your pain is valid. Your love is endless.
