🎉Big news… and a full circle moment for Serenity Salon & Spa.

After over a decade of building the salon, serving our clients, and growing alongside so many of you, I’m excited to share that Jess will officially take over ownership starting June 1st.

Jess has been part of Serenity and understands the heart behind it. I truly believe it’s in good hands, and I’m excited to see her step into this next chapter.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting this business, and being part of the journey. So many of you have been here since the early days, and that means more than I can put into words.

A few quick notes during the transition:

• We’re offering 20% off all in-stock retail products until June 1st.

And I’m not going far. I’ll still be in the building, in my interior design office, putting my full attention towards this business.

Hi friends! Just a quick heads up — our appointment booking system is currently down. We’re actively working with support to get everything back up and running, and we’re hopeful it will be resolved by Monday morning.

In the meantime, please message us here on Facebook or call/text the salon or your stylist, and we’ll take care of you the old-fashioned way 💕

An unexpected incident happed at the salon — part of our drop ceiling system fell overnight. Thank goodness no one was in the building when it happened. ❤️

We had to close for a few days during one of the busiest times of the year so we could assess the situation, get everything cleaned up, and make sure the space was completely safe for all of you.

A huge thank-you to our landlord Dave and the amazing team at Badgerland Restoration & Remodeling for jumping in right away and helping us get back on our feet so quickly. We’re beyond grateful for their support.

And a very special shout-out to Holly and her Mom for dropping everything and helping me clean the salon so we could reopen faster.

The ceiling isn’t fully put back together yet, but it is safe — and we’re back to work and ready to take care of all our wonderful clients for the Christmas season. 🎄✨

After the New Year, we’ll be redoing the entire drop ceiling system. Until then, thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly have the best clients.
