Tony, we’re proud of the hard work, discipline, and dedication you’ve put into preparing for this show BUT even more than that, we’re grateful for the IMPACT you’ve had on the entire Move Better athlete community.

Your positivity, faith, and the way you carry yourself have helped shape what Team Move Better is all about. You’ve been a great example of staying grounded, working hard, supporting others, and giving God the glory through the process.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Move Better Massage Therapy! 🇺🇸

Today is a good reminder that the work matters but so does the time we get away from it. Whether you’re spending the day with your family, playing with your kids, hanging out with your dogs or other animals, getting outside, training, grilling, or simply taking some well-earned time to relax, we hope you get to enjoy the people and things that make all of the hard work worthwhile.

We’re incredibly thankful for our clients, athletes, team members, gym partners, friends, and families who continue to support Move Better and allow us to do what we love.

Enjoy the day. Spend time with your people. Recharge a little. We’ll get back to work tomorrow. 💪

Happy Labor Day!
