A reminder from T’Hairapy Studio 🤍

We believe respect goes both ways.

When you book an appointment with our salon, you are booking that appointment with a solo service provider; reserving a specific block of time that is held exclusively for you.
While we always do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected things can happen throughout the day. A previous appointment may run over, a guest may need a little extra attention, or something completely outside of our control can put us behind.

While we always do our best to stay on schedule, we cannot guarantee that every appointment will begin at the exact minute it is booked. If we are running behind, we will communicate that, apologize, and do everything reasonably possible to accommodate you.

What we cannot accommodate is the expectation that a provider should be able to immediately begin a service the moment a client walks through the door, regardless of what may have occurred with the appointment before them.

We also want to be very clear that booking an appointment is a commitment on both sides. Once that time has been reserved, it cannot simply be offered to another client — particularly when an appointment is canceled or abandoned after the scheduled time has arrived.

Our cancellation policies are in place to protect the time, work, and livelihood of the professionals who dedicate their days to serving our guests. These policies apply even when the circumstances surrounding a cancellation are frustrating or inconvenient.

We will always take accountability when we fall short. We will communicate, apologize, and work to find a reasonable solution when something doesn’t go as planned.

But we also expect our time, our policies, and our team to be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect that we give every guest who walks through our doors.

Disrespect, unreasonable expectations, and refusal to honor established salon policies are not something we will tolerate.

We are incredibly grateful for the clients who understand the value of the time reserved specifically for them, communicate with us when something comes up, and treat our team with kindness and respect.

That mutual respect is what makes T’Hairapy Studio the salon we strive to be every day. 🤍
