I’ve updated my booking policies to make sure appointments continue to run smoothly and everyone’s time is respected — yours and mine!

I completely understand that life happens and plans change. I’ll always do my best to be understanding and work with you when I can. 🫶🏽 These policies are simply here to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.

A few important reminders:
✨ 48+ hours notice = no fee
✨ 24–48 hours = $15 cancellation/rescheduling fee
✨ Less than 24 hours/same-day = 30% of scheduled service
✨ No-call/no-show = 100% of scheduled service
✨ Arriving late may shorten your appointment, and 15+ minutes may require rescheduling

Starting September 1st, Beauty Room will officially be transitioning to new Fall Hours!

I’m excited to finally offer more daytime availability + TWO evenings a week for my after-work clients. 🙌🏽

And because I know life doesn’t always fit perfectly into business hours — I’m still going to be as flexible as I can! If you don’t see a time that works for you, reach out. When available, I may be able to accommodate a special-request appointment outside of my regular schedule. 🤎
