Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Erin’s own experience with chronic pain inspired her to learn more about the body and pursue a career in massage therapy. She graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2015 and has spent the past 11 years helping clients feel their best.

Erin has completed over 200 hours of continuing education and holds certifications in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Her favorite modalities are Deep Tissue and Injury & Recovery.

What makes Erin’s approach so special is the way she combines her knowledge of anatomy, years of experience, intuition, and—most importantly—her clients’ individual needs to create a massage tailored to what your body needs that day. 💆‍♀️

"I'm Amanda (Mia), a Licensed Massage Therapist with a year and a half of professional experience, though my hands-on journey started long before that. Since I was five, I've been the one friends and family came to for a massage. What I love most about this work is helping clients living with chronic pain, and for those who are curious, teaching them more about how their body works. I enjoy finding out the root of what's going on and building a plan forward together.*

My sessions blend relaxation and Swedish massage with deep tissue, sports massage, stretching, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, myofascial release, reflexology, and trigger point release, all tailored to what your body needs that day."
