There are many ways to learn extensions, but our philosophy has always been that education doesn’t stop after certification. Every extension artist at Hair Alchemy continues their education, receives ongoing hands-on mentorship from owner and Master Stylist Michelly, and is held to the same high standard our guests have come to know and trust.

You hire.

Tuesday: “I love it here.”
Wednesday: “Can we talk?”
Thursday: Gives a 3-day notice.
Friday: Doesn’t come back.
Then you pick yourself up, rearrange the schedule, reassure your clients, support the team that stayed, and do it all over again.
