IF YOU EVER BEEN THROUGH ANY TYPE of trauma and actually did the WORK to HEAL; you would fully inner-stand the levels to this production!

I purchased my ticket at 7:35pm and headed to T-Mobile Center! I had planned to get me a last minute ticket for kicks and giggles literally because I listen to her whole album front to back daily! (No cap)!

FLOOR SEATS IN THE CENTER FOR THE WIN!!!!! Grabbed what I had out the closet and put that ishhhh on! 🖤🖤🖤

Not because my past didn’t matter — it shaped me into the woman I am today.

🗝️But, I now inner-stand a deeper truth: what carried you through your old seasons may not work for your new one.
So I’m leaving behind the fears, the doubts, and the unintentional connections that no longer align with where I’m going.

This is my ARRIVAL season😎

And as a Pisces, we understand something deeply ♓️we are the original New Year.
We bring change by design, beauty by nature, and peace on purpose.
But we are not to be tampered with.

Imperfect. Yet fully accepting the journey that built me.

6:15 am I woke up to thinking I wet myself…. So, I called my mama Sonya Simmons Boyd! She said, “Girl, yo water broke”

Me:😳, thankfully I had my bags packed and in the car!

The night before I felt a lil sick, but I thought it was from the meatloaf and other foods I ate….

By 7:30 am I drove from Warrensburg, MO to St. Joseph hospital on Stateline… meeting Mark Shears and all the family at the hospital!

Soon as I was put in a bed, baby my water broke full FLEDGE! (still thanking GOD it didn’t happen during my 45 min. Drive home)

My sister/bestie Shanise Riley followed me from school to the hospital because we were college roommates at this time! 🥰 WHEWWWWW!

Both Grannies (💙Bessie Shears & ❤️Brenda Simmons) sat on each sides of my bed while everyone else paced throughout my room making sure we were good!

My auntie Shawn Henderson tracked my contractions and said it was a miracle how much I was handling for the length of time I did!

Mark Shears was becoming quizzy at the idea of me being in pain and before he could finally get him something to eat, he was known as “The dad who passed out”👀😳

From there, all I recall is my IV’s almost coming out my arm because he was standing right next to my bed when it happened. Then his mom Angela Williams-Shears started panicking, “saying, my baby, my baby”!

Ohhhhhh what a time it was during this delivery!

Although I was 23 and had no idea what being a mom would look like for me I showed up everyday being who GOD designed me to be💓!

Now, 18 YEARS LATER…. Here we are! No one could of paid me to believe I would have an 18 year old by the age of 40!!!!

I said, all that to say HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY TO MY 1st BORN BABY BOY!!!! Mark jr🥹🥹🥹🎉🥳

The vibes in 🇿🇦SA were just un matched…

From arriving at the beautiful hotels, to having a chef prepared dinner with Supper Club GURU , night life, safari chasing and wine train fun on the beautiful winery estate.
