I’m Chelle the CEO and CBO (Chief Beauty Officer) of Real Rich Beauty, proudly based in Kansas City. My love for beauty started at an early age—I’d sneak into my grandma’s bathroom to play with her foundation, lipstick, and perfume. Schlagle Marching Stallions Dance Line, I wore makeup for performances and quickly developed a passion for creating stunning looks. I began experimenting with eyeshadow combinations, and soon, my teammates started asking me to do their makeup. While attending Texas Southern University for Marketing, I turned makeup into a side hustle, unaware that I was laying the foundation for my future as an entrepreneur. Following quarantine, I took a leap of faith, left my job, and joined the PS Luxury Team as a full-time makeup artist, officially launching Real Rich Beauty LLC. Since then, Real Rich Beauty has been featured on KSHB 41 and the NFL Draft, where I had the honor of glamming NFL mom LaShawnda Lane, AFC Chiefs Championship National Anthem singer Michelle Brooks-Thomas, and rapper BriTrilla for her hit song "Can’t Get in My Feelings." While I’ve had the privilege of working with celebrities, my mission remains the same—to give each and every client the VIP experience. The number one thing I wish I knew before joining a Hairshow glam squad was to bring my own chair chile.
My back was killlllllinnnnngggghhhhh me, no seriously I had to have several seats 🪑 and yall know I’m tall so I was going through it fr.
I typically do always bring my own chairs when I travel but something about today… I just didn’t grab it and I don’t know why😓. So if you are ever considering joining a glam squad, please have your own chair and set up for the love of your back. 🙌🏽

When I named my makeup business Real Rich Beauty is used it as a play on words.
Where the REAL you defines your RICH BEAUTY
RICH is more than a word. It literally stands for - Realizing I Create Happiness ✨
I believe that the REAL you is the most powerful version of BEAUTY. With every brush stroke I want to remind guests that this is art, self expression and they should not solely focus on the external.
The goal is to elevate the natural features, NOT mask them. It’s not just makeup it’s something that starts within. It’s personal & when you realize you have the ability to create your own happiness you begin to show up in the world differently.
You carry yourself with the power you hold within because you’re not chasing “beauty” you’re embodying it!
