At 64 I’ve lifted nearly 7 million pounds in 21 months. 💪

To me, anti-aging has never been about one product, one treatment, or one habit. It’s multifaceted.

It means moving your body, challenging it consistently, building strength—and caring for your skin with that same consistency.

It also means staying curious, choosing growth over comfort, and being willing to step into something new when life asks you to.

Strong body. Healthy skin. An evolving life.

That is what aging well looks like to me. ✨

Mirror in the sky, what is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changin’ ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?

Not every face made it into the photos, but I’m so thankful for these moments. This feels like what gratitude is - gathering with the people we love, creating moments we cherish, and having the privilege of watching how life keeps unfolding 🌟💫✨

How fun that life holds so many new beginnings! Ready to write a new chapter!❤️

Last Saturday I walked my daughter down the aisle. That was truly one of the great moments of my life ❤️❤️❤️

Celebrated my last day in Spain by dipping my toes in the Mediterranean! I have loved every moment, every experience, every person, and every adventure.
