I help women to find time to work on their health, fitness & mindset to love themselves and have more confidence, energy and happiness without dieting and spending hours at the gym. To teach women that it isn’t selfish to work on themselves and is actually a gift to give to themselves and all those around them. That they don't have to eat celery all day long and can find a balance to enjoy those favorite cheats and treats. To teach women to love themselves at every step of their journey and not wait for a specific number on the scale or for everything to be perfect to be happy. To stop comparing to others, to live in their purpose, embrace their gifts and be more present. What sets me apart? I went from a girl that was extremely insecure, shy, compared herself to others, did not feel good enough half of my life, turning to alcohol to being sober 17 years, finding happiness and confidence through working on my health, fitness, nutrition and mindset. I am real, honest, passionate, positive, has a big heart and love for life. I am a total foodie and found a way to enjoy all those delicious foods we all love and make them healthy and delicious!! The whole family will enjoy them too!! What’s my story? I am married to best friend for 17 years, a mom of two teenagers, with an adorable minigolden doodle Mickey, was an accountant for 15 years and left to find a career in fitness & nutrition at the age of almost 40 because it had changed my life so much. I found exercise and working on mindset helped me through my sobriety journey, reduced my anxiety and was an outlet for me. I gained 85lbs in my pregnancy and had 40 lbs glued to me that would not go away. I found clean eating, consistent exercise including strength training helped me to lose the weight and keep it off for almost 14 years now. I found a happiness and confidence in life that I never knew I could have. I grew a passion to want to help other women to do the same and teach them all that I have learned. Packing up 22 years of our life in New Jersey and moving to Florida was A LOT. But being organized before we started putting everything into boxes made such a difference.
We had to think beyond just “What are we bringing?” and really consider what we would need right away, what could stay packed or be stored, and how we could make unpacking on the other end as easy as possible.
Because trust me…when you’re standing in a new home surrounded by boxes, you will be VERY thankful you took a little extra time on the front end. 📦
This is one of those things that seems simple, but it saved us so much aggravation during a huge interstate move.

Before moving to Florida, everyone made it sound like there were two seasons here…
HOT + HOTTER. 😂🌴
But now that we’re experiencing our first full year here, I’m realizing you actually DO notice the seasons…they’re just a little different than what we were used to in New Jersey.
This week I walked outside and immediately noticed a shift. It felt cooler. Almost like that first little hint of fall.
Then I made myself laugh because…it was 80 degrees. 😂🍂
Apparently after months in the 90s, my body has officially acclimated to Florida because 80° is giving me FALL vibes now.
September has also been noticeably stormier for us…quick downpours, some of the craziest lightning I’ve ever seen ⚡️, and then the storm moves through and the sun can come right back out.
And the last few days? Absolutely GORGEOUS. ☀️🌴
Almost 9 months into living here and I’m still loving experiencing all these little “Florida firsts.” ❤️

We were just out for a walk and completely by chance came across a sea turtle nest hatching… SO many tiny babies coming out of the sand and making their way toward the ocean.
And OMG they were SO adorable. 🐢
I just stood there in complete awe.
Watching these tiny little creatures somehow know exactly where they’re supposed to go felt like such a God moment to me. 🙏
The beauty of His creation. The instinct He placed inside them. The beginning of these tiny lives right in front of me.
Sea turtles are such a special part of living here in Florida, but actually getting to witness a hatch happen right in front of us was something completely different.
I felt so grateful that our walk happened to bring us there at that exact moment.
One of those experiences that makes you stop, look around and think…
God, Your creation is incredible. 🙏

Working on a BIG goal in my business right now… one that honestly scares me!! 🔥
But I’ve learned that the goals that scare you the most are often the ones that grow you the most.

I’m leaning into the Lord for guidance every step of the way. I don’t need to know exactly how it’s all going to happen. I just need to keep showing up, doing the work and trusting where He leads me.
