Yesterday marked 4 years since I graduated from cosmetology school! 4 years of Salon Twenty-Seven!!!! What a blessing!!

The past 4 years have been nothing short of amazing, challenging, & full of growth. I am not going to lie, I’ve made mistakes. I’ve had to learn hard lessons. I’ve had good days & bad days. There have been so many times that I have questioned if I am good enough or if I’m in the right career. But every time God gives me a sign that I am right where I need to be, doing what I love. & He never fails to give me that sign through a client. So to all my loyal clients that have stuck with me through it all, thank you. Thank ya’ll for loving me on my good & bad days, for understanding I am human too, & for making me certain that I am right where I need to be. Thank ya’ll for all the support & making my dreams come true everyday. I wouldn’t be where I am today without ya’ll🤍

God has truly blessed me with the best clients, friends & family. I thank Him everyday for blessing me with this talent & giving me an opportunity to do something that I am so passionate about and love doing as my job! I’ve slowed down on doing weddings lately, but when I do they remind me of how much this career means to me. It is so much more than just hair.

Kylie Thorne started coming to me when I was fresh out of cosmetology school. She had just moved back to Jonesboro. We instantly clicked & figured out we were so alike in so many ways! When she got engaged, she asked me to do her hair at her wedding & of course I said yes. I’m beyond thankful that she trusted me on her big day. She was the most beautiful bride and had the most fun & kindest bridal party. When she got her wedding pictures back, I couldn’t help but be reminded of why I do what I do.
I am so blessed that this career that I love so much has brought me the sweetest friendships.🤍🤍
