I just wanted to let everyone know I have started a cancellation policy. Anytime you book on my website you will have to put your card information. Don’t worry it doesn’t charge you anything unless you cancel your appointment after my 24 hour window!

A card is now required to be put down when booking on my website. I’ve had too many no call no shows and cancellations within the last month and it is severely affecting the way I make my money and I’m officially tired of it. I’ve been really lenient the last four years, but some rules have officially had to be put in place because too much of my time and money is being taken advantage of.

If you book any service 100+ you have to put a nonrefundable deposit of 35% of what your service costs but that 35% DOES go towards what you owe on your appointment so you will just pay the rest day of!

I love you all with my whole heart but my time and money is no longer going to be played with. I will be making a post to pin on my pages so my rules will be able to access easier!
