A hard lesson I’ve learned behind the front desk: you don’t have to carry everything alone.
For the longest time, I thought being dependable meant figuring it all out myself. That if I asked for help, maybe I wasn’t doing enough or wasn’t capable enough.
But asking for help doesn’t make you weak.
It doesn’t make you incapable.
And it certainly doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Sometimes, asking for help is the strongest thing you can do. ❤️
Whether you’re at work, at home, in a friendship, or simply trying to keep up with life—you’re allowed to say, “I need help.”
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed.
You don’t have to prove you can do it all.
And you don’t have to carry everything just because you can.
Let people show up for you, too. 🤍
Consider this your reminder: asking for help isn’t a weakness. It’s being human.
