Our front desk team is growing, and we’re looking for our next Sales + Guest Experience Specialist!

First things first: this is not your typical receptionist position.

You’ll absolutely be the friendly face greeting our guests and helping their visits run smoothly — but this role is also about sales, recommendations, teamwork, and keeping our salon looking and running its best.

You’ll be:
✨ Greeting + connecting with guests
📞 Answering calls and managing appointments
💻 Checking guests in + out
🛍️ Educating guests on retail, services + promotions
💚 Recommending add-ons that make sense for their visit
🎯 Working toward individual + team goals
🧺 Helping with laundry, cleaning, restocking + salon flow

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, coachable, comfortable with sales, and happy staying BUSY.

Availability is especially important for weekday evenings, Fridays + Saturdays. We are closed Sundays.

Part-time + full-time opportunities available.
