Important Update to Our

Cancellation Policy

To continue providing the best experience for every client and to protect appointment availability, I want to share an important update to our cancellation policy.

Effective immediately:

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $40 inconvenience fee.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Failure to pay any cancellation or no-show fees will result in all future appointments being canceled and booking privileges suspended until the balance is paid in full.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations often prevent another client from booking that time.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, my business, and fellow clients who are waiting for appointments. Your continued support means so much, and I look forward to serving you!

2027 Schedule Update
In preparation for the 2027 calendar year, please note my updated operating hours:
Tuesday–Thursday:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday:
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Every other Saturday:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This adjustment allows me to continue providing the elevated, detailed service you expect while maintaining balance and sustainability in my business.
As always, I encourage early booking to secure your preferred dates.
