The Jacksonville-based events company CarMonda, Inc decided to create a different approach to pageantry. Simply put, dogs are amazing.
We eventually came up with America United Pageants and Precious Pooch, a glamorous celebration for dogs. We all know dogs have a natural capacity to make us feel better, cared for and unconditionally loved. hare their stories with the world. The Precious Pooch Pageant is a meaningful way to honor your four-legged friend. America United Pageants is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community however large or small. We believe that by volunteering and working together we can SHINE light on critical issues by providing education to the community to improving the welfare of animals. The precious pooches and sponsors are proud to donate to the Jacksonville Humane Society. Sunday, September 18, 2011 – 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm America United Pageants will crown the Precious Pooch at Aloft Jacksonville Tapestry Park 4812 Deer Lake Drive West Jacksonville 32246. A celebration Gala honoring the newly crowned pooch is immediately following at Aloft Tapestry until 7:00 pm. Contestants must be a well behaved canine of any size, age and breed. Contestants compete for Precious Pooch (Highest overall score in Beauty, Personality and Obedience and ALL optional Categories except Cute/Ugly) Best in Show (Second highest score overall). Top Dog (highest score for basic entry only). Optional categories include Most Talented, Dressed to the K-9, Cutest/Ugliest Dog, Most Photogenic (Dog only or Dog with Owner). One top prize winner will earn honors for top score in each optional category.
