🤍 A VERY HARD ANNOUNCEMENT 🤍

I never thought I would have to make this post, and honestly, I don’t even know how to put it into words.

Unfortunately, due to an extremely difficult birth and significant blood loss that nearly took my life, I have not been medically cleared to return to work for the next several months. At this point, I also don’t know when I will be able to safely return.

Because of that, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Blue Sky Beauty for the foreseeable future. 🩵

This is truly one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. Blue Sky Beauty has been so much more than a business to me. It has been a huge part of my life, my dreams, my growth, and some of the most amazing memories I’ve made over the years.

To every single client who has sat in my chair, trusted me with your lashes, skin, brows, makeup, hair, and everything in between — thank you. Thank you for supporting my little business, cheering me on, watching me grow, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. I am beyond grateful for every appointment, conversation, laugh, hug, and friendship.

To my friends and family who have supported me and Blue Sky Beauty through every chapter — I love you and appreciate you more than I could ever put into words.

As much as it breaks my heart to say goodbye to all of your beautiful faces for now, I know that my health and healing have to come first. I need to give my body the time it needs to heal without putting a timeline on it.

I truly hope that one day I will be able to open my doors again. I just don’t know what that will look like or when that day will come. 🤍

In the meantime, I am more than happy to recommend other amazing local service providers so that you can continue to be taken care of while I’m away. Please never hesitate to reach out to me for recommendations.

A little Blue Sky Beauty update 💕🎀

August is officially my last month in the studio before I take maternity leave starting in September! 🥹💗

As you can imagine, this is such a bittersweet time for me. I’m so excited to slow down, prepare for our sweet baby girl, and soak in this special season, but I’m also going to miss seeing all of my amazing clients SO much. 🥹

I want to make sure you’re still taken care of while I’m away! ✨ Over the next couple of days, I’ll be sharing some amazing, trusted beauty professionals that I’m referring my clients to while I’m on leave. I’ve chosen people I feel confident sending my girls to, so you’ll have some wonderful options while I’m away! 🤍

I’ll also be sure to announce when I’ll officially be returning to the studio once baby girl is here and we have a better idea of what our new schedule will look like. 🍼🎀

Thank you all for being so incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding throughout this pregnancy. Your love and support have meant more to me than you know. 💕

✨ IMPORTANT UPDATE ✨

As many of my clients know, I’m pregnant 🤍 and while I’m beyond grateful for this little blessing, this pregnancy has been a lot harder and more challenging than I expected. Some of my clients have already seen parts of that firsthand, especially with needing to reschedule appointments more often than normal.

I love and appreciate every single one of you more than you know, but for the health of both myself and baby, I will be making some changes over the next few months. I’ll be cutting my hours down and there may be days where, if I’m not feeling well or I’m in pain, I may need to reschedule appointments last minute. I never want to inconvenience anyone, and I promise I will always do everything in my power to make things right for my clients when that happens.

I’m asking for a little extra grace and understanding during this season of life so I can hopefully keep myself healthy, avoid being put on bed rest, and make sure this pregnancy continues safely.

Thank you all for supporting me not only as your estie/lash artist, but as a person too. Your kindness, patience, and love truly mean the world to me. 🤍 I’m hoping once baby girl is here and I’m healed, I’ll be back to being the reliable bestie you all know and love. 🩵 📸
