Today was double duty! Massage in the office on my human clients and afternoon working with Equine clients! Connie Grey was awesome ~ she was so responsive to the work and is such a gentle horse 🐎
She loved the IASTM work as well!!

This weekend was spent with family and doing hard things.. but lots of fun!! Always look forward to hanging out with my son & his little family ❤️
Today we competed in the Patriots Sprint Triathlon!! We participated in the Relay part - we all gave 100% in the discipline we each did! I swam, Laurie Biked and Eddie ran!! Riley swam with me, I biked for her & Payton Ran!
Great memories for a lifetime ❤️

Welp, there you have it - Cassidy & Lori-Ann are booked pretty solid this week ( only limited availability on THURSDAY) .. yes, you read that right!! And Lori-Ann will be out of the office like Flash on Friday… she’s competing in a Sprint Triathlon on Sunday!!
