I totally understand that life happens. Traffic, kids, wrong turns, the occasional “I thought my appointment was at 2:30” moment. It happens! What I REALLY appreciate is communication. A quick “Hey, I’m running about 5 minutes behind” goes a LONG way.
And if you know you’re going to be late enough that your appointment needs to be adjusted or rescheduled, just be honest with me. I promise I’d rather know than sit for 25 minutes looking out the window like I’m in an R&B music video.
Late policies = protecting everyone’s time.

my client had her brows one previously by another artist and she was not happy with her brows. We agreed removal was the best option and I’m so happy to be able to give her a new set of brows that she loves 🫶🏽
