Car 🚘 vibes with no choice. This morning my schedule has been shifted just that quick. I got up did my morning rituals , took my son to school and I even made time to pick my journal back up . (It’s been a few days.) And then the shift happens!!!! 😂. Not sure 🤔 why this is happening however being on my spiritual path has taught me that when things like this occur it’s a form of protection from the universe.We can’t always control the external world 🌎 around us. However we can control our internal world 🌎 within us! I had my day planned out to a TEEEE!!!!However the universe said differently. I’m grateful ☺️ for the awareness ,control and my spiritual tools that I have . I definitely practice what I preach. Good morning everyone🌞 and Happy Full Moon 🌕. Harvest Moon 🌕 to be exact ! This is the Season of slowing down and bringing in more gratitude 🙏🏽 for yourself. The most important thing I am grateful for is my family. I love that I get to live out my dream life . However I’m more grateful that I have my family supporting me on this wonderful journey with me. Being an entrepreneur is not easygoing. There are times where you have to choose which one needs more nurturing. The business or the Family. It should be an easy decision right? Wrong !!!! To me my business is also apart of family. My clients and students are my family as well. So for me it’s definitely a tug a war game for me. However my biggest thing that I teach is make sure you take care of yourself. And that’s why we have made the decision to cancel the Fall equinox Yoga and Reiki workshop today. We apologize for any inconvenience. And we hope you can understand. Take this time to show gratitude 🙏🏽 to everyone and everything you already have in your life. My morning today was felt with so much gratitude 🙏🏽. When I found a location for A Touch of Luv&Peace Wellness. I told myself that I was still going to offer my services mobile to my clients. Last week we took a trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for our 1st yoga retreat. And man oh man has it changed my life tremendously. This was a time for me to reset and also explore myself. I got to do things that have been on my to-do list. Not only that I was able to see the behind scenes on how to host a yoga retreat. This is a something that A Touch of Luv&Peace Wellness is working on to add to our menu of wellness services. In order to be able to create this magical 🧙‍♂️ wellness experience for our clients we had to explore and experience the flow of the retreat.
