TLM Associates, Inc.

Leaders Education Foundation presented an incredible evening with John O'Leary - Live Inspired at the EmpoweredEd fundraising event last night. TLM was a proud mentor sponsor and our partners had the opportunity to attend this special event.

Between his story, the message, and a special performance by the Bethel University Renaissance Choir— joined by their rhythm section, drumline, and production team — it sounds like a night that filled hearts full.

Events like this remind us this is why we do what we do. In the busyness of the work, it's easy to lose sight of the moments of humility — that we truly get to do what we love, for the communities we love. We create the places where people work, live, play, heal and learn, for the betterment of those we serve.

"What more can we do?" ❤️

TLM is honored to be the Foxtrot Sponsor for STAR Center's Dancing with the Stars! ✨

We're so thankful for the chance to support our community and our community partners through this wonderful event, all in support of STAR Center's mission to empower people of all ages with disabilities in Jackson, TN. 🌟

Congratulations, Rachel Allen! ✨

We’re proud to celebrate our very own TLM Architect, Rachel Allen, on being selected as a Leadership Jackson 2026 participant!

Leadership Jackson brings together emerging and established leaders from across our community to learn, connect, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact — and we couldn’t be more excited to see Rachel represent TLM in this incredible group.

Check out how Rachel feels about the opportunity with LJ 2026:

“I’m excited to see what Leadership Jackson is all about and, most importantly, to meet new people. It’s not every day adults get to step outside their normal circles and connect beyond the office — I think it’s going to be both interesting and rewarding. I’m looking forward to seeing how this team of leaders can come together and ultimately serve our community as the 2026 Leadership Jackson team!”

We know Rachel will bring her creativity, perspective, and passion for our community to the table. Congratulations, Rachel — we’re cheering you on! 👏

Congratulations to the 2026 class of Leadership Jackson! Help us in welcoming them!

As another school year gets underway, we’re reminded that great spaces are about more than walls and finishes.

They’re about the students, teachers, and communities who bring them to life.

At TLM, we are creating the places where people work, live, play, heal & learn

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and inspiring what’s next. ✨

Happy Professional Engineers Day!

Today, we celebrate the Professional Engineers who turn ideas into solutions and challenges into opportunities. Through innovation, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence, they help create the infrastructure and facilities that strengthen our communities for generations to come.

Together, we are creating places where people work, live, play, heal, and learn.

Happy Professional Engineers Day to our team and to Professional Engineers everywhere!

TLM Associates joined communities across the country in participating in the Red Sand Project—a simple but powerful way to bring attention to those who too often fall through the cracks.

We’re proud to stand alongside the Scarlet Rope Project, a local organization that provides trauma-informed, holistic care to survivors of human trafficking. Through compassion, advocacy, and support, they help individuals find hope, healing, and a path forward.

As we filled the cracks in our sidewalks with red sand, we were reminded that creating a stronger community starts with seeing those who are often overlooked. Every conversation, every act of kindness, and every effort to raise awareness helps build a community where survivors are supported and valued.

Together, we can make a difference.
