When I transitioned to a more holistic, low-tox approach behind the chair, it took me about 4–6 months to completely swap out my products and supplies. And honestly? That made it SO much less overwhelming.
There are now more options available through professional beauty supply stores, including more natural/low-tox alternatives for hair color, styling products, treatments and retail.
One of the lines I’m excited to see becoming more accessible to hairstylists is Areté — and yes, some beauty supply stores are starting to carry it! 🙌🏼
