Posting this with tears in my eyes and a heart full of gratitude…

For the past 14 years, aesthetics has been more than a job—it’s been part of my identity. I’ve been a nationally certified laser technician for 12 years, an aesthetic instructor for 6, and for the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of owning my own MedSpa—something I once only dreamed of.

I’ve poured so much time, energy, and heart into building a career I’m incredibly proud of, and it has shaped me in more ways than I can express. Clients have become friends, and many have become mentors in faith, motherhood, and life. I’ve also had the honor of watching students and protégés grow into confident, competent professionals, which has been one of my greatest joys and points of pride.

I’m incredibly grateful for this journey, but life has made it clear where I’m truly needed—and it isn’t an hour away from home.

As I prepare to welcome my second child, I can feel the Lord leading me in a different direction. After a lot of prayer, I’ve decided to step back from aesthetics and enter a new season focused fully on my family and being present with those who need me most.

As it stands, my last day treating clients will be October 23rd. While I’m stepping away, I’m so thankful that the business will continue under the care and leadership of my mentee, Jesslyn. Passing it on to her feels like a beautiful continuation. I have complete confidence in her, and I know she will serve you with the same compassion, professionalism, and dedication you’ve come to expect.

Thank you for allowing me to serve you, trusting me, supporting my business, and cheering me on throughout the years. Fourteen years in aesthetics and five years as a small business owner will always hold a special place in my heart. The highest compliment you could give to me would be to support Jesslyn Gateley as she carries Clarity Skin forward into its next chapter.
