I was literally in your shoes…

I got into extensions because I actually wore them myself first.

After sessions of coloring then blonding…I had breakage. Then after kids…came postpartum hair loss. There were times I just wanted my freaking hair back. I wanted it to feel full again and honestly…I wanted to feel like me again. Extensions came to my rescue and once I knew how good it felt to have my hair back, I wanted to be able to give that feeling to other women too. That’s really where my love for extensions started.

That’s also why I don’t mark up the cost of my extension hair. A lot of stylists do…and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. It’s just never been what extensions are about for me.

Could I double the cost of the hair and make more money? Yep.

But I’d rather keep extensions a little more attainable for the woman who just wants to feel good about her hair again.

This entire look was $560 for 100g of 18” hair.

Things I’ve been loving lately…

Cute capes, a good read, products I’m actually excited about… and watching these girls grow in their confidence behind the chair.

I’m pretty particular about who represents Confidence Crown. I want our guests to feel comfortable, cared for and confident in whoever they choose to book with.

Watching Kenedi + Christy build relationships with their guests and really find their place here has been one of my favorite parts of growing the salon.

Everybody meet Christy!

I’m so excited to officially introduce another new face at Confidence Crown!

Christy is a licensed stylist who LOVES blonding, lived-in color and bridal hair. She’ll be spending some time working alongside me, getting comfortable in the salon and continuing to grow behind the chair.

She also has experience with bridal styling, and starting in 2027, Christy will officially be taking on weddings for Confidence Crown…which I am VERY excited about!

She is sweet, eager to learn and just genuinely excited about doing hair. I knew pretty quickly she would fit right in.

I’ve said it before, but one of my favorite parts about this next chapter of Confidence Crown is getting to pour into newer stylists and give them the support I wish I had when I was starting out.
