18 years ago today I was diagnosed with my first breast cancer…yes first because in two days, it’ll be 2 years that I was diagnosed with my second. The road between the two was long and winding (hence the pic) but worth it! The dates for both were so close & a lot of folks would assume November is not my month 😉, however I disagree! I’ve learned so much about myself along the way! My ability to survive & still thrive twice✌️shows my strength in the hardest of times plus a lot more. It’s not always easy & believe it or not, I wake up daily with the reminder of those struggles with the battle scars to show for it, but with an amazing feeling of gratitude 🙏 I’m sharing this in hopes that I can help one breast cancer survivor know they’re not alone 🤗 If you need someone to talk to, I’ve got your back!
