Three reasons I'll tell a patient no — even when they're asking for something we offer.

Not every request that walks through the door is one we'll say yes to, and that's by design, not an inconvenience.

A treatment can be technically available and still be the wrong call for the person asking. Sometimes what looks like a straightforward booking is actually a conversation that needs to happen first, about what's really bothering someone, whether their tissue has had enough time to heal, or whether the goal they've described is even one a treatment can deliver.
That last piece matters more than people expect. There's a real difference between wanting to look like a rested, well-cared-for version of yourself and wanting to look like someone else entirely. One of those is what good aesthetic medicine can offer. The other usually means we need to slow down and talk before anything gets scheduled.

Turning down a booking isn't about being difficult. It's about protecting results, protecting healing timelines, and protecting the trust that makes people come back. Anyone can say yes to everything. Knowing when not to is what separates a provider from a menu.
