A little post-market reset. 🌿 After weeks of making, prepping, packing, and a hot-temp weekend at Good Makers Market, I spent much of last week recharging and getting the workshop back in order.⁠
⁠
Resting more, moving at a slower pace, unpacking, putting things away, making fresh batches, and generally returning the apothecary to its normal rhythm.⁠
⁠
And now it feels good in here again. Shelves stocked, everything back where it belongs, and I’m ready for the coming weeks.⁠
⁠
And what a difference a week makes — from a 105° heat index at the market to gray skies, rain, and temperatures in the 60s and 70s. Fall suddenly doesn’t feel so far away.⁠

There’s something satisfying about taking stock and regrouping when the seasons change. If your own bathroom shelf could use a little fall reset, now is a good time to see what’s running low — or what your skin might need as cooler weather moves in.⁠

Wow, what a weekend! I’m feeling super grateful for all the wonderful people who showed up for Good Makers Market! .... Everyone who came out to shop, chat, support, and enjoy food, music, and community. All the vendors - you are an incredible bunch. And Jess and Steve - you and your family and friends are also incredible and put on a GREAT event! Thank you for all the care that goes into such a big gathering. It was insanely hot and yet we were all there, lifting each other up and celebrating good makers ❤️⁠

And for the first time ever, I didn’t take a single photo during the market. What?! Very unusual for me. But all I can conclude was that it was busy (and steamy hot) and I was making a point to just be present in the moment. I guess that worked! lol ⁠

I was also so lucky to have my sister Cori helping me at my booth which was so much fun! Family and good friends stopped by (delighted!), and I also met some lovely new friends and customers. 🥰 My heart is happy.⁠
