I want to talk about my team for a minute. 💕
Nails by Neat has been at Factory Arts District for about 2.5 years now and over the course of that time, I’ve been incredibly lucky to experience what has truly felt like a dream team.
Neat would be nothing without the amazing, passionate nail techs who have poured their talent, creativity, care, and personalities into this little place and helped make it what it is.
Like any small business, our team changes and evolves. We’ve said goodbye to a couple of our people recently as they’ve moved on to what’s next for them, and while Neat can’t be everyone’s forever home, I’m genuinely so grateful for the time, work, and love that every person has contributed while they’ve been here.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that Neat has become more than just a community for our clients—it’s been a community for us as nail techs, too. 😊
So here’s a little appreciation post for the people who have made Neat, Neat. Past and present. 💕

That feeling when you finish a set and you literally can’t stop staring at your client’s hands because you lowkey outdid yourself. 💅🏼🤩💕
We’ve all heard the joke (or said it ourselves): “I wish I could just drop my hands off at the salon and come back when they’re done.”
Because let’s be honest…so many nail appointments feel entirely transactional. You sit in rushed, awkward silence, and it doesn’t actually feel like self-care.
At Nails by Neat, we wanted to create a completely different experience. Here, the time you spend in the chair is the best part of your week. 💖
It’s a space to catch up, laugh, truly relax, and enjoy an hour (or two!) of genuine connection with someone who is just as invested in your life as they are in your cuticles.

Still processing this one…
We spent two days last week at Gainbridge Fieldhouse doing nails for an incredibly talented group of women ⛹️♀️🏀💅 and somehow they were even nicer than you’d imagine!
If you happen to catch our work on the page recently… yeah, that was us 😆❤️
So grateful for the trust, the energy, and the experience.
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do 💙
