Welcome to July, PG VIP!

Recently, a woman settled onto my treatment table and told me she wanted to talk.
I was ready to listen. But somewhere between the first touch and the first breath, it felt like the treatment itself was doing the talking.

Maybe it was the scalp massage, the tension releasing from her neck, the waves from the sound bowl helping her shoulders to soften, the Palo Santo wafting serenity and clarity around her or the flower essences chosen for the intention she was calling into her life. Whatever it was, words gave way to presence.

At the end of her treatment, she cried, smiled and said the divine feminine energy was exactly what she needed.

I've come to believe there is healing in expression, and there is healing in silence. Sometimes we need to tell the story. Sometimes we simply need a place to rest from it.

On our table, you can choose your own adventure. We'll hold space for the conversations, the laughter, the tears... and we'll hold space for the quiet, too.

We are delighted to have you as a client / patient and look forward to providing you with the highest quality care. In order to optimize our relationship, please take a minute to read our appointment and product policies.

Appointment Policies:
A 24 hour notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments is necessary in order to avoid a cancellation fee which is the cost of the full treatment price. This allows us time to schedule another client / patient who would also benefit from treatment. This appointment policy helps us sustain business operations and allows us to develop a mutual consideration and respect for our time and yours.

Product Policies:
Refunds will only be considered if a customer experiences an allergic reaction to a purchased product, supported by photo documentation, or if the product has an unpleasant odor when taken home within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, customers must contact a member of the PG team, providing purchase details, reasons for the refund with documentation and the product. After evaluation, approved refunds require the return of the product at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. This policy excludes change of mind, customer-caused damage, and certain sales/promotional items.

Invoice Settlement Policy:
To ensure our business sustainability and fair compensation structure, all invoices at Project Gorgeous Inc must be settled within 72 hours of receipt. Timely settlement allows us to compensate our employees promptly and cover operational expenses, while maintaining a consistent level of service for our valued customers. Failure to settle invoices within the specified timeframe may result in difficulties securing future appointments and may be subject to late payment charges. In cases of repeated late payments or non-payment, services may be temporarily suspended until all outstanding invoices are settled. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy and encourage you to communicate any challenges for any assistance or inquiries.

🚗 Parking Update
As of May 22, 2026, parking validation is now required for the back lot behind Project Gorgeous. When you arrive, simply scan the QR code located inside the office and enter your vehicle information to validate your parking.
