My braids are a mix of black, burgundy, pink, and purple, and I added vibrant pink to her style as a fun pop of color. When I braid children’s hair, I personally only add color to match the length of their natural hair rather than adding extra length. I love celebrating the beauty of their natural hair while letting their personalities shine.

This wasn’t just about creating two beautiful styles. It was about creating memories, spending intentional time together, expressing ourselves, and finding healing through something we both enjoy.
