My st@ck will change as needed. It’s good for your body to start with one at a time. You don’t want to overwhelm your system. This is not an overnight fix. These amino acids ate normal for our bodies but takes time to really feel them. It took years to feel like crap, Let the process work. It’s not an instant fix. But once they kick in you will know it. 🥰
