This is not all your fault.
Some battles didn’t start with you.
But your love just might end them.

❤️ Hug them.
❤️ Apologize when you lost your patience.

Healing families isn’t about never making mistakes.
It’s about choosing love… one more time.

“People like me don’t do that.”
“I’m too old.”
“I’m too young.”
“It probably won’t work.”

Sound familiar?

The biggest obstacle between who we are and who we could become…
is often the story we tell ourselves before we’ve even taken the first bite.

This week…
Be less reactive.
Be more curious.

You don’t have to eat the green eggs…
but at least make sure you’re saying “no” because you’ve experienced them…
not because your impulse made the decision for you.
